Aldica I, S.A. de C.V. "Hotel San Ángel", for the purposes of marketing the products and/or services that “Hotel San Ángel” manages and/or distributes, located at 4 Poniente 504, Centro Histórico, C.P. 72000, Puebla, Puebla, is a company committed to protecting your privacy.

B. Personal Data
For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, Hotel San Ángel may collect your personal data in various ways: when the information is provided directly by you; when you visit Hotel San Ángel’s websites; when you use the services offered by Hotel San Ángel online; by the data you authorize to be taken from your social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google) or when connecting to the Wi-Fi provided by Hotel San Ángel; and when we obtain information through other means permitted by applicable laws.
The personal data obtained are:
- Identification: first name(s), last name(s), phone numbers, marital status, email, age, date of birth, gender, business name, RFC, lodging preferences or travel needs.
- Physical location: home and tax address, reservation and/or stay dates, hotel, flight date and time.
- Authentication: username and password, handwritten signature, voice recording.
- Financial: bank card number, expiration date, security code, income level, occupation.
C. Sensitive Personal Data
Sensitive personal data are those that affect the most intimate sphere of the owner or whose improper use may cause discrimination or serious risk. Among them: racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions or sexual preferences.
Hotel San Ángel does not collect sensitive personal data. If you provide them for a specific service, they will only be used to meet that need.
In case of health emergencies, Hotel San Ángel may collect data related to your health status solely to protect you and those at the hotel. These data will be kept only as long as necessary.
D. Purpose and Processing of Personal Information
Purposes necessary for the legal relationship:
- The information provided will be used to provide the requested services and/or products: reservations, membership in discount programs, event organization, purchase of tourism products or services, sharing data with suppliers when necessary.
- Improve service quality, identify preferences, and make your stay more pleasant.
Additional purposes (not necessary for the legal relationship and subject to your consent):
- Offer promotions, tourism products, newsletters, surveys, and special services, sharing data with affiliated companies.
- Perform data analysis using technologies to create profiles and personalize promotions and communications.
E. Limitation on the Use or Disclosure of Personal Information
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may:
- Register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (PROFECO) if you reside in Mexico. More information on their official website.
- Request the limitation by sending an email to: ventashotelesenpuebla@yahoo.com.mx , indicating the email and/or phone number to be limited.
F. Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO)
To exercise your ARCO rights in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may submit a written request to the Personal Data Compliance Area at: 4 Poniente 504, Centro Histórico, C.P. 72000, Puebla, Puebla, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or via email: ventashotelesenpuebla@yahoo.com.mx
The request must contain at least: (i) Name of the owner; (ii) Email to receive notifications;
(iii) Documents proving your identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the owner; (iv) Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which the right is to be exercised and the right to be exercised; (v) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
If the request does not meet any of the above requirements, the Personal Data Compliance Area may require you within 5 days of receiving the request to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have 10 days to respond to the request; if you do not respond within this period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.
The response times will be a maximum of 20 days from the date the request is received to inform you of the adopted determination. If appropriate, it will be effective within 15 days following the issuance of the response. These periods may be extended once for an equal period, provided the circumstances justify it.
In order to protect your confidentiality, Hotel San Ángel will send the response to your request to the provided email and will keep it available to the applicant at the address indicated above.
G. Revocation of Consent
You may revoke the consent given for the processing of your personal data. However, in some cases Hotel San Ángel may not be able to immediately process your request, as it may be necessary to continue processing your data due to a legal obligation. Also, please note that for certain purposes, revoking consent will mean we can no longer provide the requested service.

The process and attention will follow what is indicated in section F.
H. Control and Security of Personal Information
Hotel San Ángel is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect the information collected, using security technologies and control procedures against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal information is stored on servers located in Data Centers with limited access.
In online transactions, we use technologies such as secure servers under the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
However, no system or data transmission dependent on the internet can guarantee absolute security.
I. Transfers
Hotel San Ángel only transfers personal data in the following cases:
- In Mexico, according to the cases of article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, such as compliance with the law, health care, law enforcement, fulfillment of a legal relationship, or between parent and subsidiary companies.
- When required by an applicable international regulation.
- When it is necessary to provide them to suppliers related to the contracted services or products.
- When you authorize the transmission by physical or electronic means.
J. Personal Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained as long as there is a legal relationship with you, until it is concluded and you do not exercise your right of deletion or revoke your consent. Retention will be limited to the minimum necessary.
When they are no longer necessary, Hotel San Ángel will keep those data blocked only for the legal periods required to address any issue related to the processing. Once these periods have ended, they will be deleted by adopting security measures that guarantee their total destruction.
K. Changes to this Privacy Notice
Hotel San Ángel may update this privacy notice at any time. In case of substantial changes, they will be communicated on the websites mentioned in section A. We suggest you review it periodically.
I acknowledge and accept the terms established in this Privacy Notice; otherwise, I will notify Hotel San Ángel according to sections E, F, and G.
If you have any disagreement or complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) in Mexico, or the competent authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
